- Combat Flay (Barbarian)
- Strategic Challenging Shout (Barbarian)
- Outburst (Barbarian)
- Equip any of the following Armor
- Razorplate Chest Armor
- Ring of Mendeln
- Rage of Harrogath
- Equip any of the following Legendary Aspects
- Death Wish Aspect (For Barbarian Class only)
- Needleflare Aspect (For all the classes)
The amount of damage dealt to the enemy with the Thorns stat can be increased by amplifying the primary stat of your character. For instance, Intelligence is the primary stat of a Necromancer and Strength goes with the Barbarians.
