Getting the Razor Blade in The Medium is straightforward. What all you need to do is get inside the Niwa Resort Hotel. Once you have successfully entered the hotel, you will have to head to the second floor of the hotel and follow the hallway until you get attacked by moths.
In order to avoid moths, you will have to use the Spirit Shield. Once you have successfully defended yourself, you will have to go down the hallway until you can enter the Spirit World. Once entered, you will need to find the Odd key. Once obtained the odd key, you will have to head back to the normal world and use that key to open the door located on the other side of the hallway.

Once you get inside the room, you will have to go through the restroom to witness a huge hole in the floor. After entering the room, you will have to interact with the magazine to reconstruct the memory shard, and then go out onto the balcony.
Post the cutscene, you will have to go the terrace and enter the Spirit World again and use the ledge to enter to a new room where a new cutscene will pop up. Now, get inside the restroom and drain it to get the Razor Blade. After obtaining the Razor Blade, you will have to go back to the normal world and cut the skin wall to progress in the game.
The Medium: How to Get Through Skin Walls
To cut through Skin Walls in The Medium, you will have to approach a skin wall and look by pressing ‘A’ button. After pressing A, select the Razor Blade from your inventory. To cut down the skin walls in The Medium, you will have to use the left analog.
