Surplus Goods Quest Guide in Escape from Tarkov
The Surplus Goods quest in Escape from Tarkov will require you to complete the following objectives:
- Get the RB-ST Key
- Obtain the MBT Integrated Navigation System on Reserve
- Extract in the same raid and hand over the item to the Mechanic
This quest is not as easy as it sounds because it requires you to find a rare key and also get the smartly hidden circuit box on the Reserve map. However, you don’t need to worry as our tips below will help you out!
RB-ST Key Location in Escape from Tarkov
Firstly, the RB-ST Key has no hard spawn in Tarkov. It is an extremely rare item to come by. Your best bet however, would be to search the jackets, pockets and bags of dead Scavs. But if you want to make things easier for yourself, then simply purchase the key from the Flea Market in Tarkov. The RB-ST Key was once a very expensive key on the market costing close to 1 million Roubles. Luckily, its price has now gone down considerably. Last we checked, it was available to buy on the Flea Market for 64,500₽
MBT Integrated Navigation System Location in Surplus Woods Quest
Once you have the key, you’d want to head to the Repair Centre on the Reserve map. Once you’re here, enter the long line of Garages. You will see a cargo truck inside and a locked rebar door. Use your RB-ST Key to unlock it and head inside. Towards the left of the room, you will see a green source of light and some mortar launchers. The MBT Integrated Navigation System will be located right here inside a wooden crate. And also, don’t forget to pick up ammo and other items scattered around the room.
Remember that you will have to survive and extract this raid to end the quest. If you die before exfil, then you will have to go through all the process all over again. Once you extract, go and hand over the circuit board to the Mechanic to receive your rewards.
