Many Helldivers 2 players are currently facing an issue where their Super Credits disappear and they are looking for a fix. If you are just starting out, then this is the game’s premium currency. Thankfully though it isn’t something that you can get only by spending real money but rather can also earn it while playing. You can then use them on cosmetic items to customize your character. However, the above problem is happening to several players no matter if they bought or earned it, so here is what is going on.
Why are Super Credits Disappearing in Helldivers 2?
There is a bug that is causing this problem to happen, but the good news the developers are aware of it. They have addressed it and are even working on a fix. You can check out their message on this on the game’s official Discord server. Here is what one of the devs Misty said:
We have discovered the likely cause for some players not being able to access their Super Credits after purchasing and then rebooting the game.
She said, “Your credits are there, but due to filtering issues in our system, they are not displaying correctly.”
The ones affected by this bug are the players who:
- Purchased Super Credits on PSN
- Purchased the Steeled Veterans Warbond with Super Credits on both PS5 and PC.
But those aren’t the only ones who are facing this problem, as mentioned before players who earned it are also having the same problem. You can check one such instance as mentioned by Reddit user u/Few_Respect_1787. Here they say:
I bought the 20$ pass and I immediately used the credits to purchase the pass. I still have the paid pass but I had about 1100 credits left over. When I logged in the next day the credits were gone, appropriately pissed I filled out my arrowhead complaint ticket, but I kept playing figuring it would get fixed. Each day I played I would get 20-40 credits in missions. Then the next time I logged on they would be gone too. I would say I’m up over 1200 credits missing at this point and those are for cosmetics that I’m already missing out on purchasing.

Can You Fix the Super Credits Missing Bug in Helldivers 2?
Sadly no, because this is on their end. As mentioned by Misty, your credits are there but just not being displayed properly due to the filtering issue. So until they fix that there isn’t pretty much anything that you can do aside from updating the game when a patch is released. You can also Submit a Request to the game’s Support if you have a specific case that could help them identify the issue better.
