How To Get Mango Trees In Stardew Valley

Updated Date :

The new update in Stardew Valley allows you to grow mango trees and get the delightful fruit to increase your yearly yield and overall revenue in the game. But to be able to grow the tree itself, you will first have to acquire a mango tree sapling, which can be challenging. Hence, in this guide, we will discuss how to easily and quickly get mango trees in Stardew Valley.

Stardew Valley – How to Get Mango Tree Sapling

You can find mango tree sapling as loot at Ginger Island either in Golden Coconuts or volcano dungeon. But, it is obvious that you will first have to get to Ginger Island. You can get to Ginger Island by repairing Willy’s old boat and using it.

Fixing Willy’s boat will require some materials that include a Ship hull, Ticket Machine, and Iridium Anchor. Once you provide all these materials and repair the ship, you can easily go to the Island and look for the mango tree saplings.

Once you get to the Fern Island, look around for Golden Coconuts and smash open them at the Blacksmith. There are chances that these Golden Coconuts will drop mango tree saplings for loot. If you get them by loot that’s well and good, but if you don’t then explore the volcano dungeon. Volcano dungeon will certainly get you what you need.

When you have the saplings, you can either plant them on Fern Island or elsewhere. The thing here is that plating the trees on Fern Island will reap the fruits year long. On the other hand, planting it elsewhere will reap fruits only during the summer. So you do the math and make a choice accordingly.

After planting the sapling, you will have to wait for 28 in-game days for the sapling to mature and give fruits. You can then collect mangoes for your revenue.

That’s everything you need to know about how to get mango trees in Stardew Valley. You can find various other items at Ginger Island. For instance, you can find Golden Walnuts, Fairy Dust recipe, and Dragon Tooth at the Ginger Island in Stardew Valley. Ensure reading our guides to easily locate and farm all these items.
