The Skeleton Key also called the Skelly Key in For the King 2 is one of the important quest items that you will come across. Despite its appearance the key grants some precious loots for the players during their run of The Resistance. However, it can be pretty hard to figure out where exactly to use it during the first campaign. Having said that, since you will come across late in The Resistance campaign during your run through the Sewers.
The Skelly Key can be purchased from the Goblin Merchant available at the end of the Abandoned Sewer dungeon in the area for around 100 Gold. We would recommend you have the right healing items at your disposal as the dungeon cannot be escaped until it’s cleared of all the enemies. How to Use Skelly Key in For The King 2
To use the Skeleton Key or the Skelly Key in For the King 2, players will first have to reach the Boogie’s Crypt located in the swamp. After you reach the area, the Bandit King will then task you to pay a visit to Boney Boogie and remove the skeletons from the crypt. You will have to complete Boogie’s Crypt in one run so having Godsbeard in handy can make a difference.
Once you go through different swarms of enemies from Trolls to Fire jellies, you will have to pass through different doors in the game. Players will come across a locked door with chains around in the room along with the Wraith, 2 Giant Spiders, and a Ghoul.
Now if you have the Skelly Key at your disposal, you will be able to unlock the chained door in For The King 2. However, even if you don’t have the Skeleton Key, you will still get to pass through the room by taking a left. It is worth mentioning that you will miss out on the loot available on the other side of the door.
Having said that, you will come across a large chest inside the room you just unlocked. Here are the rewards you will get by opening the chest in the game:
