While it will come down to personal choices, my answer to whether you should save or kill Mizora in BG3 would be to save her. You would of course need to know the consequences of both the choices to choose for yourself. When you encounter Mizora, she will be trapped in a Mind Flayer Pod and you will have the option to unleash her or annihilate her.

What Happens if You Kill Mizora in BG3?

Many players have often been tempted to kill Mizora in Baldur’s Gate 3. The consequence of this is that, as soon as she dies, Wyll will also be killed and sent to Avernus to burn. Since killing her is a breach of Wyll’s contract, you will be sending the character to damnation. Since Wyll also dies along with Mizora, you will be permanently removing him from your own group.

Additionally, if you are playing the game as Wyll, and you choose to kill Mizora, your character will die and that means game over.

What Happens if You Save Mizora in BG3?

Wyll will not be killed off and removed from the party permanently and will continue to be part of the group. Although Mizora will hold up her end of the deal, she will show a clause in the contract that says he will only be released within six months, and not immediately.

Additionally, you get another benefit for saving Mizora and that is using a successful Charisma check on her to get a weapon called the Infernal Rapier. The Infernal Rapier will be given to the leader of the party.

That’s all you will need on whether you should save or kill Mizora in BG3. If you found this guide useful, do check out our other Baldur’s Gate 3 guides in our dedicated section here at Gamer Tweak.
