Defeat World Boss
Scattered Prism is found as a drop reward after defeating a World Boss in Diablo IV. As of now, there are 3 World Bosses that include:
- Ashava, the Pestilent
- Avarice, the Gold Cursed
- Wandering Death

Kill Treasure Goblin
Treasure Goblins don’t have any fixed location as they can be found anywhere in the Sanctuary. But remember that the Goblins drop Gold while they are on a retreat. So you can track those fallen wealth to find out the Treasure Goblin. Once you defeat it, it will drop a Scattered Prism, if you are lucky enough.
