With Link’s Ultrahand ability in Tears Of The Kingdom, players can create a variety of things using nearby items and Zonaite. But at times it can be time-consuming for players to make them over and over again at different points in their campaign. These creations are extremely useful for players throughout their campaigns and one can wonder if there is a way around all the hassle to remake Link’s projects. Yes, there is and this is our guide on how you can save your builds in Zelda TOTK.

In Tears Of The Kingdom, Ultrahand builds can be saved using another one of Link’s abilities known as Autobuild. This ability registers the blueprint of Link’s previous creations, which helps players recreate their build without any hassle in the game. Once you obtain the ability, it will automatically save all your creations. Players can then select the builds they want from Autobuild history and press Y to mark them as their favorite.

The ability registers around 30 projects, after which it will start deleting the oldest versions for every new project added. Though players can mark up to 8 of their favorite builds in the game. Players can only use Autobuild if they have the materials required to create the specific builds in their inventory. After which you can follow these steps to use the ability whenever you need:

  • Open the ability wheel by pressing the L button.
  • Use the right thumbstick to choose the Autobuild ability.
  • This will open up the Autobuild History.
  • Choose the creation you want to recreate from the schematics.
  • After which, you can press A to confirm the build.

Before remaking the build, it will show you the amount of Zonaite required as well as it will also let you adjust its orientation before placing it on the spot you want.

That is everything covered on how you can save your builds in Zelda TOTK. And if you are wondering how you can unlock Link’s other abilities like Fuse & Ascend, check out our dedicated guides on them right here on Gamer Tweak.
