Cyberpunk 2077 Romance Options Guide: Who can you Romance?
There will be plenty of options for players to romance other characters and build relationships with including Judy Alvarez, Panam, River and Meredith Stout.
As much as we know, both Judy and Meredith are tied to the life path that you choose so these characters might or might not come your way in the game, but there are certainly going to be many options like going to a strip club or hiring an escort service and so on in the game.
How to Romance Judy Alvarez in Cyberpunk 2077
If you want to romance Judy Alvarez in Cyberpunk 2077 you will have to choose the Street Kid life path. Alanah Pearce further added on about her hands-on experience that you might only get to romance Judy Alvarez if you select Female V as your character.
Judy is part of the Moxes gang and can be found at Lizzie’s Bar and will teach the basics of Braindance and you can call upon her services to find more answers and get clues whenever you like.
How to Romance Panam
You will come across Panam in the second act and when you complete the Ghost Town quest, you will be offered her own story arc too. If you complete that one, you can get closer to Panam and you can start a relationship with her. She is more interested in the male V so if you want to romance her, keep this in mind.
How to Romance Meredith Stout
To romance Meredith Stout in Cyberpunk 2077 you will need to choose the Corpo Life path in the game. Meredith is known as a fierce person who will double-cross anyone as long as it gets her closer to her goals. Meredith works for Militech as a Senior Operations Manager and is well connected with the gangs of Night City.
How to Romance River
When you move further ahead in the second act, you will meet River during the I Fought The Law side quest. After that, he will give you his own story arc quest and that’s how you can increase your relationship with him and he’s more interested in female V.

What you need to do is get closer to them by completing their personal story arcs and quests. Get to know each other better, invest your time and energy into their life and talk nicely to them using the dialogue options.
