When you enter the Ward Prime in Subject 2923, you will find that there is no light in the room. When you enter one of the rooms on the North on the top floor, you will find a breaker box without a fuse. This would be your first objective, to find the missing Ward Prime Fuse and turn on the lights. How To Get The Ward Prime Fuse In Remnant: From The Ashes
You will find the Ward Prime Fuse in one of the rooms in Laboratory. When you head to the bottom in the Laboratory, you will find a room with three Root Heart. The Ward Prime Fuse spawn is random and hence it can be in any of the three rooms. Interact with the Nexus to enter the Root World. Then destroy the three Root Hearts one by one and enter the rooms behind them to get the Ward Prime Fuse. Since there are three rooms, you will have to enter the Root World and destroy the Root Heart thrice, unless you find the Ward Prime Fuse in one of the first two rooms.
Once you have the Fuse with you, head straight back to the top floor where you found the breaker box. Place in the missing fuse and the lights will be on.
