How To Get The Carapace Armor In Remnant: From The Ashes
The Carapace armor was introduced with the Swamps of Corsus DLC which makes it a fairly new item in the game. This isn’t an easy thing to get your hands on either and you will need to bare through a lot of random things happening as you cannot predict what’s going to happen when and there is a bit of luck involved as well.
One of the things that you will require is the Hardened Carapace and you can read our guide on how to find it. For everything else, you can find it down below.
You will need three pieces of the Hardened Carapace to make all the pieces of the armor. After that, you will need to get the parasite condition. For this too you will need to find a specific enemy that looks like a parasitic blob in the swamps of corsus as well.
Try looking for them in corners or in a mineshaft, tunnels, and other isolated areas. This again depends on a lot of luck and what you want to do is find the enemy in the Swamp of Corsus and shoot them once to reduce their health to about 25%.
As they are beating on you, face them and they will grab you, you have to make sure that you do not resist and let it be completed.
Once the grab is done, you will get the Parasitic condition on you and reduce your HP to half. After this find the Brain Bug boss and talk to it. Exchange the Hardened Carapace and you will get the complete Carapace Armor set.
