A city builder means you will often build a structure in the wrong place and you will have to rebuild it in a different location. A number of factors like soil fertility, distance from assignment, water resources, natural resources, and more need to be considered. If you have built a structure in the wrong place, this guide will help you relocate buildings in Manor Lords.
While some structures can be relocated easily, many of these would need to be demolished and then built again. Although a bit time-consuming, it is a necessity since it will be impossible to plan everything to the dot from the word go. Whatever the cause, players will need to learn how to move their buildings if needed.
How to Relocate Buildings in Manor Lords
To relocate buildings in Manor Lords, click on the building to bring up the primary menu options. Look for the Relocate button that can be deduced by the Arrow Cross symbol in the upper right corner. After that, you can move the building to the new location that you select and then assign a family member to work on the construction. Players can relocate Logging Camp, Sawpit, Woodcutter’s Lodge, and Forester’s Hut.
How to Demolish and Move Buildings in Manor Lords
Structures like Burgage Plots, Storehouse, and a few others cannot be moved into a new location. Players will have to demolish buildings and then rebuild them manually. Since building supplies are returned to the inventory, players won’t find the cost to be an issue. Select the building that you want to demolish and then look for the Demolish icon on the upper right corner.
Now, select a new location where you want to build a new structure and then assign a family member to it. You can set the construction to the Highest priority to get it done quickly.
That’s all you will need to relocate buildings in Manor Lords. If you found this guide helpful, do check out our other Manor Lords guides in our dedicated section here at Gamer Tweak.
