To get to this red chest, you need to squeeze into the small opening to the left of the gate. Once you have entered the opening, head right and climb down to find the glowing red chest. As you open the Red chest, you will get 1 Forged Iron and 422 Hacksilver. There are no puzzles related to the Red chest once you squeeze into the location. You can exit the location through the same tiny crack or opening you came through.

You will encounter this Red chest while following Atreus into the Forest at Lower Wildwoods. Aside from this chest, you will also encounter several small chests and red chests. Unlocking and opening these chests can reward you with crafting resources. This includes Forged Iron, Rawhide, and plenty of Hacksilver.
