In Fire Emblem (FE) Engage to reach S Rank Romance with a character you’ll have to give your crush the Pact Ring. This Ring can only be unlocked after reaching Chapter 23 and completing a Paralogue known as The Connector. Once done, you’ll find the Pact Ring lying in Alear’s bedside drawer. If you have already decided with whom you want to increase your friendship, then simply grab the ring and give it to your preferred unit. Moreover, S-Rank can only be given to support characters that are already at Rank A and not from the past. However, make the choice wisely, as you can only give the ring only once and the process can not be undone.

For those who are unaware, a Pact Ring is not considered a sign of marriage in the game. It is more of a platonic relationship with the character of any age and gender. After obtaining the S Rank with a character there are certain perks you’ll be provided with. Such as Alear will inherit a special skill, an Epilogue entry with the S Rank partner, pictures in the Ally Notebook, and other stat buffs.

That sums up all about how you can reach S Rank Romance in Fire Emblem Engage. While you are here take a look at the best characters/ unit tier list. Also, check out the 2023 upcoming games’ release date calendar.
