To increase inventory space and carry more weapons and items in RE 8 Village, you have to talk to The Duke. Purchase the inventory space upgrade item from him via the Supplies option > Extra Baggage. You have to shell out 10,000 Lei (the game’s currency) for it the first time around. If you have that much money, you can grab the item from his shop. This is just one inventory space upgrade, there will be more in the game as you progress. So, don’t forget to go back and talk to The Duke at different intervals. The first one can be obtained after the prologue which is quite early.

Also remember that the cost of the inventory space upgrade item will be higher each time so here’s how to make more Lei fast in RE 8. Basically, you can collect Lei from the various areas you explore or from the dead bodies of your unfortunate enemies. But the amount that Duke will charge for this upgrade will go up to 30,000 and more. You can also sell items to get some extra money. You will still be able to keep the upgrades you buy even after you die, though, so you don’t have to worry about that.

Make sure to organize your inventory properly in the briefcase and save up some space in case you get something important further ahead. You can do it by selecting the item and spinning or moving it around in the grid. You never know, you could find something that will help you in combat or helps you heal. So, keep all of this in mind during your game and you will be able to make the most of the upgraded inventory space you have.
