Many players run into a problem where Pokopia humidity gets stuck at 71 during the quest that involves Slowpoke’s 100-point yawn. This part of the game requires you to improve the environment so the area becomes humid enough for Slowpoke to trigger rain, and if you need some extra help, this guide is for you.

Why Pokopia Humidity Gets Stuck at 71
Humidity can stop increasing if you only complete a few of the tasks that affect the environment. For example, using a Water Gun might increase the level at first, but eventually the meter will stop moving. At this point, the game expects you to improve more parts of the map.
How to Raise Humidity in Pokémon Pokopia
To increase humidity, focus on restoring nature and adding more moisture to the map.
Use the Water Gun
One of the easiest ways to increase humidity in general is by watering anything that looks dry. Walk around the area and spray water on plants, trees, grass patches and dry soil. Each restored spot slightly improves the environment and raises the humidity level. Try to water everything you see, not just the areas required for quests.
Break Rocks Blocking Water
Some areas contain rocks that block water streams. When you see water leaking through cracks in rocks or walls, use Rock Smash to break them. Once the rock is removed, water will flow into the surrounding area. This creates small ponds or streams, which increases the overall humidity.
Place Fountains
Fountains will help increase the humidity level in Pokémon Pokopia – you can buy one from the PC shop for 50 coins and place it in water.
Create Wet or Hydrated Habitats

Some Pokémon in the area will suggest building certain habitats. For example, Bulbasaur asks to make a Field of Flowers, Squirtle asks for Hydrated Tall Grass and Squirtle will also need a Rain Dance Party site.
Completing these habitat requests can increase humidity more quickly than simple watering.
Rain Dance

To create a Rain Dance party location, collect a Leppa Berry and two Castform Weather dolls. You can buy one doll from the Withered Wasteland Pokémon Center PC.

To get more, talk to Professor Tangrowth, and you will be told to head to the starting area. Enter the cave, and you’ll find more dolls that you can use to create the Rain Dance site.
You also need to craft a Wooden Plate using 1 Lumber, and collect Leppa Berries from trees. Then, place the Wooden Plate on the floor near a wall, and keep the berry on it. Complete the site by placing both dolls on each side and bring Squirtle to dance between them.
Once the humidity level becomes high enough, Slowpoke will perform a 100-point yawn which will bring rainfall in the area.
FAQs
If your Pokopia humidity is stuck at 71, it means the area still needs more improvements. You may need to water more plants, restore water sources, or complete habitat tasks before the humidity level increases again.
Slowpoke performs the 100-point yawn once the humidity in the area becomes high enough. After the environment improves and the humidity meter reaches the required level, talking to Slowpoke will initiate the yawn and cause rain.
