PM Clan Tier List: Best Project Mugetsu Clans Ranked
The clans that offer the most bonuses and are of higher rarity are placed in the S Tier. While the worst clans of lower rarities go down to the F Tier.

From the above tier list, you may have gotten the idea of the most buffed clans. The clans placed in the S Tier are higher rarities that offer the most bonuses in Project Mugetsu. As you spin to roll for a clan, you have lower chances of getting higher rarity clans. While the common clans that offer the least buffs, bonuses, and perks can be obtained easily.
So, here are the chances for all the Clans once you spin in PM:
- Common: 60% chance
- Uncommon: 25% chance
- Rare: 10% chance
- Legendary: 4% chance
- Mythic: 1% chance
- War Powers: 0.1% chance

How to Check Clan Buffs and Perks?
- You can check your Project Mugetsu Clan perks and buffs by pressing the M key button or heading to the Menu.
- If you are playing on mobile, head to the Profile section to your right.
- Over there, you can find the perks and buffs offered by your selected clans.
- Scroll down the page to view all the Clan Buffs and perks.

All Clan Perks, Buffs, and Abilities in Project Mugetsu
As we know, there are six types of Clans in PM. So, we will divide their perks, buffs, and abilities according to their different types.
War Powers Clan Buffs (0.1% Rarity)
Urahara Clan Perks
- +2.5 Sword Attack damage
- +4 Block
- +3 Sprint Speed
- +100 Reiatsu
- +135 Health
- +15% increased AoE normal attack with only M1 attacks
- When under 30%, you gain 1 damage buff.
- Immune to all Debuffs
- The user has a move called Gigai where you can restore all the damage done to you before 15 seconds.
- All skills and potions are cheaper by double.
- Maximum Reiatsu Bar increases
- Gains x3.5 Mastery exp boost for ability and sword masteries.
- You can gain Shikai or Bankai quicker than other Clan types. The Zanpakuto Inner World cooldown fight is lower too.
- You consume lesser Reiatsu while Flash-stepping faster than other players.
Kurosaki Clan Perks
- +2.85 Sword attack Damage
- +2.85 Melee attacks
- +4 Block
- +115 Health
- +1 Speed
- +130 Reiatsu
- You can obtain a skill where you can dodge and escape any skill for 2.5 seconds.
- Maximum Reiatsu bar increases.
- While under 30% health, you can take on less damage.
- For every soul you consume, it rewards you x2 Souls EXP.
- Eating Soul has a 50% chance of HP regeneration.
- You get x2 Mastery Buff for all areas.
- You can see other players through walls.
- Only at 25% health, you adapt to your surrounding with 1.75x increased speed, 1.5x increased damage, jumps are doubled, and no passive healing.
Mythic Clan Buffs (1% Rarity)
Uryu Clan Perks
- +2 Sword Attack Damage
- +2 Melee Attack Damage
- +85 Block incoming attacks
- +105 Reiatsu
- Can convert highly concentrated Reishi into Reiatsu when moving around places.
- Can heal by trading Reiatsu in one succession.
- 0.4x Mastery Experience for First Mastery.
- You can sense and see Hollows through the walls
- Maximum Reiatsu bar increases.
Yamamoto Clan Perks
- +2 Sword Attack Damage
- +2 Melee Attack Damage
- +3 Block
- +120 Health
- +75 Reiatsu
- +1 Speed
- +15% increased AoE attacks for M1 only.
- The user unfreezes faster by 65% when inflicted with Freeze attacks
- +0.7x Mastery Experience
- When under 30% Health, the player takes less damage.
- When under 40% health, you gain a passive strength buff.
- Immune to all Fire/Tik damage.
- When under 50% HP, you gain a passive Melee attack buff.
- You consume less Reiatsu while faster flash stepping than other clan types.
Legendary Clan Buffs (4% Rarity)
Hitsuyaga Clan Perks
- +2 Sword Attack Damage
- +56 Reiatsu
- +65 Health
- +2 Block incoming attacks
- Deals 0.2 more damage with fists per physical attack,
- User damage intake is divided by 0.8 percent when HP is under 25%
- Has a 5% chance to freeze enemies on M1 attacks
- Freeze Stuns are ineffective
- 0.7x Mastery Experience for Sword Mastery
- Increases Freeze effect for Ice Skills.
- Only at 25% health, you adapt to your surrounding with 1.75x increased speed, 1.5x increased damage, jumps are doubled, and no passive healing.
Hisagi Clan Perks
- +1.8 Sword Attack Damage
- +55 Health
- +65 Reiatsu
- +2 Block attacks
- The player gets 1.2x Mastery buff on Sword attacks.
- Only at 25% health, you adapt to your surroundings with 1.75x increased speed, 1.5x increased damage, doubled jumps, and no passive healing.
- Maximum Reiatsu bar increases
- You can use an attack where you can use multiple beads to explode.
- When under 25% health, the damage is increased by 0.25
- Under 15% health, your damage dealt or intake is split in half.
Shihoin Clan Perks
- +1.8 Melee Attack Damage
- +55 Reiatsu
- +65 Health
- +3 Block
- When under 25% Health, the damage is increased by 0.25
- When under 25%, damage dealt is split in half. Note that it does not stack with Hakuda Master.
- ESP cannot detect you, cannot be scanned, and have no footsteps.
- Resistant to Burn Damage and Freeze Stuns
Unohana Clan Perks
- 2 Sword Attack Damage
- +100 Health
- +1 Block incoming Attack
- Blood Lust mode offers the player a red aura. It increases your attack damage by 1.8x, splits Zanpakuto ability cooldowns by half, and reduces incoming damage per attack.
- Deals 0.5x more damage with a sword per attack.
- Increases Mastery by 0.35x in all Mastery Skills when required.
- Increases maximum Reiatsu bar.
- Users can quickly heal themselves and party members within a 5-magnitude radius by trading Reiatsu in quick succession.
Rare Clan Buffs (10% Rarity)
Iba Clan Perks
- +1 Melee Attack Damage
- +2 Block Incoming Attacks
- +30 Health
- 0.18x Mastery Experience for Fist Mastery
- The user gains one more strength when under 30% HP
- Deals 0.2 more damage with Fists per physical attack.
Kira Clan Perks
- 0.35x Mastery experience for Sword Mastery
- Maximum Reiatsu bar increases.
- Users can heal themselves while trading Reiatsu in one succession.
Hirako Clan Perks
- +1 Speed
- Has an extra flash step along with the ability to run faster than the Common clan type.
- Maximum Reiatsu bar increases.
- Increases Mastery by 0.3 for all areas when required
- Creates a temporary barrier that negates the damage of all incoming attacks.
Ushoda Clan Perks
- +50 Health
- Adds debuff ability to all Ultimates.
- Increased duration of all inflicted status damage on opponents.
- Causes Stamina recovery and redirects inflicted status damage.
- Creates a temporary barrier that negates the damage of all incoming attacks.
Amagi Clan Perks
- +50 Reiatsu
- Resistant to Fire or Burn damage
- The user gains +2 damage when under 30% Health.
- While under 30% HP, the player takes less damage to Sword attacks.
- More Reiatsu bar than the average player.
Sarugaki Clan Perks
- +15% M1 attack damage
- 55% Burn attacks damage
- Increases M1 Speed with both fists and swords
- Users can move faster and at a great distance than the Common clan type.
- Can sense and see players through walls. (Press H key button).
Valkyrie Clan Perks
- +1 Sword Attack Damage
- +1 Melee Attack Damage
- +75 Reiatsu
- +3 Block
- When under 25% Health, the player gains +3 damage buff.
- Create a temporary barrier that negates damage of all incoming attacks
- User deals more damage according to their maximum HP bar.
