You can find this task in Chapter 3 of your Adventure’s Handbook and in order to progress you will have you learn how to process 3 ingredients and this is how you do it.
You will need to get access to a cooking pot and if you’re out on the look you can find a cooking pot outside Mondstadt. It is pretty easy to find just roam around the area and you’ll be able to spot it.
When processing 3 ingredients you will need to get to the cooking menu, once inside move just move on to the Process section. Here you will find the entire list of items that you can readily process. One of the items listed there is flour.
