You can check your friendship through the Friendship Checker app on your Poketch Watch.
- Use your Poketch Watch and open the Friendship Checker app.
- Press and hold A-button over the Pokemon that you wish to check your friendship level of.
- You can see hearts coming out of the Pokemon. The more the hearts, the closer and more friendly your pokemon is towards you. And if there are no or fewer hearts that means it is not so friendly. Below is the meaning of each heart count.
- When you get two hearts, your friendship with them is high.
- If you get one heart, your friendship is normal with them.
- And lastly, if you get no hearts that means your friendship with them is low.
How to Increase and Raise your Friendship Level with your Pokemon
- Take your Pokemon on walks with you.
- Use them in Battles.
- Go to the Veilstone City and get them a massage.
- Feed them Grepa or Qualot berries. Keep in mind while these may make your pokemon more friendly, it reduces their Sp Def and base Def stats based on the berry you chose. Also feeding berries can also lower EV or Effort Values for certain Pokemon.
- Catch them in a Luxury ball.

- Go to the Pokemon Center in Eterna City.
- You can find a Girl in Pink top and Green Skirt, talk to her.
