To complete Trapped in a Frozen Hell, you will have to go to Sapporo Jail’s Arboretum checkpoint. From there you need to avoid the snowboarding path in front of you and head back into the Chapel behind you. You need to go through the Chapel, to reach a room filled with four-legged enemies and other shadows to beat. You will find the collectible item forgotten desire at the end of the room. The reward for this Trapped in a Frozen Hell Request will unlock the level cap for Bondmaker skill.
