There are multiple things you have to do in order to unlock New Game Plus (NG+) in Persona 5 Strikers.
- First, complete the request to beat the Reaper boss.
- This requires you to complete multiple requests beforehand and you have to face multiple bosses. These requests will be given by Lavenza of Velvet Room.
- When you defeat the Reaper, you will unlock New Game+ mode and access to the Merciless difficulty.
- Do note that you have to first finish the base game for which you have to beat the final boss Demiurge.

Persona 5 Strikers New Game Plus Carry Over
Wondering what carries over in Persona 5 Strikers New Game Plus? The list includes items, your money, equipment, Persona Compendium, Persona Points, Bond level, skills, points, Character levels and also the Persona Levels. Also, Zenkichi Hasegawa will be available from the beginning. The other thing that changes is that Sophia will have Pandora instead of Pithos.
