Is Akechi In Persona 5 Strikers? (Answered)

A lot of characters return from Persona 5, namely the Phantom Thieves, and they bring along a couple of new major characters as well. They are Sophia and Zenkichi Hasegawa. This story takes place six months after the happenings of Persona 5 where new mysterious events unfold. But in this case, the dungeons are Jails and not Palaces and the combat is different too. Is Akechi in Persona 5 Strikers (P5S)?

Players who have played Persona 5 know that Akechi died in the game. Since Persona 5 Strikers is a sequel to Persona 5, Akechi is not in P5S and will not be coming back to the game. The reason why players were curious to know about him is due to Persona 5 Royal where he could be alive but the answer wasn’t clear. His demise has been a point of vagueness but one thing is sure that Akechi is not in Persona 5 Strikers. He is not even mentioned in it.

Will Akechi be in a DLC of P5S? We can’t say as of now but we won’t count on it. This information will be disappointing for fans of Goro Akechi who is definitely a fan-favorite among all.
