Palworld players will be in for a major shock if they use the Memory Reset medicine in the game right now. Unfortunately, it is bugged, and using this item will cause permanent character debuffs and currently, it is impossible to reverse them. Fortunately, the dev team Pocketpair is currently investigating this and we should find a working option soon.
Players might be wondering how to fix the Palworld Memory Reset Drug permanent debuff issue since it is an important item in the game. Sadly, there is no solution to it except waiting for the developer team to provide us with an update. The effects are irreversible and if you have already used it, your character will have a permanent debuff. We have covered everything there is on the bugged item in our guide for you to understand.
Palworld Memory Reset Drug Permanent Debuff Impossible To Recover
As mentioned, there is no permanent fix to the Palworld Memory Reset Drug Permanent Debuff and with developers saying it is impossible to recover from right now, there is little to no hope left for players who have used it. Memory Reset Drug allows players to reset the player’s status and although it does its job, there is an unwanted consequence. While it does reset the status, it will reduce the player’s capture power and it will be impossible to reverse.
According to Pocketpair community manager Kei on Discord, “Currently, using the item ‘Memory Reset Drug’ that resets the player’s status may reduce the player’s capture power and make it impossible to recover. We are currently investigating this issue, so we apologize for the inconvenience, but please refrain from using it until the investigation/correction is complete.”
So hopefully, they can do something about this soon and get rid of the Palworld Memory Reset Drug permanent debuff with one of the updates or patch works.
