Fortnite collaborating with Anime is nothing new, we already have skins of Goku, Kakashi, Midoriya, and others. Since they have already covered popular series like Dragon Ball, Naruto, My Hero Academia, and Attack on Titan, it only makes sense for One Piece to join the squad and be next. But recently there have been more rumors and evidence that suggest that the skins might release sooner than we expected. Here’s what we know about the One Piece Fortnite collab.
Will One Piece Skins Come to Fortnite? Rumors and Evidence
Yes, there is a good chance that One Piece skins might be coming to Fortnite. Before checking it let us debunk the rumor that comes from the Cinematic Short of Fortnite Myths & Mortals for Artemis. Check the above image to see what the theory is, several people think that in the scope where Artemis seems to be aiming, Luffy could be on the other end.
However, this shouldn’t be true, because, in that trailer itself, we see her shoot at some other character. So this seems to be just a rumor.
Now, let’s talk about the important evidence of why a One Piece collab might be on the way. In Episode 198 of the XboxEra podcast, @Shpeshal_Nick talked about their source revealing them a list of all Fortnite Collabs that are coming. You can check the One Piece timestamp here. The notable ones include:
- Doc Ock from Spiderman with the Back bling being his arms
- Final Fantasy 7 Remake characters
- He-Man and Skeletor
- Peacemaker
- Robin
- Magneto
- Cyclops
- Colossus
- Fantastic Four
- Finally, One Piece
When will One Piece Outfits be Available in Fortnite? (Release Date)
At the time of writing this article, no information on the dates is available. It could be very soon or maybe a lot later when something like the second season of One Piece live action drops. It all comes down to Epic Games’ pipeline and the order in which they would release their skins.
What One Piece Characters will come to Fortnite? (Speculation)
Currently, there is no official information or verifiable sources available on the characters list either. But as a fan speculation, if they aren’t bringing the whole crew it would make the most sense to bring the following characters first:
- Luffy
- Zoro
- Nami
- Usopp
- Sanji
This would work if they were going with the characters before the Arabasta arc. Of course, it doesn’t have to be them they could also go with other characters based on their popularity and might bring fan favorites like:
- Robin
- Shanks
- Blackbeard
- Yamato
That is all that is currently known about the One Piece Fortnite collab and possible future skins. Since you like playing this game don’t forget to check out how to fix Festival main stage not working and how to spectate friends.
