Follow the below steps to get the Sentinel Ship in NMS:

  • Head to the Galaxy Map and search for a Dissonant Planet. You can find the word “Dissonant” under the planet’s description.
  • Once you head to this planet, enter the system and scan different planets.
  • As you land on the new system, locate a Dead Planet with Corrupted Sentinels.
  • Over this dead planet, you can find resources like Di-Hydrogen crystals, Atlantideum, and other unidentified materials.
  • Along with these resources, you need to find and collect the Gravitino Ball.
  • As soon as you pick up the blue-colored Gravitino Ball, it will trigger the waves of Sentinel enemies.
  • Then, you must defeat five waves of Sentinels that will come to your location. Note that you must also keep on collecting the materials and resources as you beat them.
  • After you have beaten all five waves, you will be prompted that a Dissonance Spike has been detected with a location.
  • If you are prompted the “Nothing Found” message after you have defeated the Sentinels, you must travel to another Dead Planet.
  • Lastly, travel to the prompted location to get the new Sentinel Ship.

You have to complete the Salvage Operations missions to repair or fix the Sentinel Ship. As the technology of such ships is critically damaged, you need to complete an installation to fix it. But for that, you need to find resources such as Radiant Shards, Inverted Mirrors, Harmonic Brain, and more. Once you have repaired this technology, you can claim the new Sentinel Ship in NMS.
