Visit the Kobe Bryant mural which is located at Alley Oop St and 2K Beach Pkwy. Right under it, you will see a bus stop and that is exactly where you will be able to change your Neighborhood.

When you interact with the bus stop, you will be able to Join Other Players. Do that and you will be transported to a brand new neighborhood with new players that you can play with. It is as simple as that!
