How to Get the Moonlit Fruit Mutation in Grow a Garden
Similar to weather-based mutations, you have to wait until it’s night to possibly turn your fruits into their Moonlit versions. While weather events happen randomly, there is a specific timer for the night event (next to the owl at the center of the map) that shows you how long you have to wait.
Your crops have a very small chance to get this mutation and at first glance, it looks like a frozen fruit, however, it has a noticeable bright purple hue that makes it stand out. It increases the value of the fruit by 2x.
When you give a Moonlit fruit to the owl, the amount of points you receive will depend on the fruit itself, its size, and the mutation it has. So, a Shocked or Frozen fruit that’s also big will provide more Lunar Points in comparison to a basic version. If you give a Golden fruit, you get an extra 2 points, and Rainbow fruits give you an extra 3 points.
