However, there is a way to get inside, and luckily it is a family-friendly method. So, take control of your Miis and storm Greenhorne castle.
How to get past the Serious Soldier in Miitopia
To get past the Serious Soldier you will have to get a Mayor’s Introduction. You can get this Mayor’s Introduction by engaging with the Dubious Mayor. This only happens once you complete the mission where you have to recover all the stolen faces. After this, a conversation with the Dubious Mayor will take place, with the Mayor talking about the Dark Lord. At the end of this conversation, he will give your Mii an item called the Mayor’s Introduction.
Now, go back to the castle entrance and again interact with the Serious Soldier. When you initially approach him he will say, “You are approaching Greenhorne Castle. I’m sorry, but I can’t let…” This will give you a response prompt which you can select by pressing ‘A’. This will let the Serious Soldier know that you have the Mayor’s Introduction document. After this, he will clear the path and let you enter Greenhorne castle.
