To power up a player, you will first have to use the Madden’s Ultimate Team Training facility. As you take part in training sessions in the game, you will get Training Items and Training Points in exchange. You will need these Training Points to power up a particular player.
Apart from this, you will also need to have a Power Card for the specific player who you want to level up. You will be able to identify the Player Power Up cards in Madden NFL 22 by the small symbol on that specific player card.

Now, all you have to do is use the card with that specific player. Once you apply the card to the player you will have to shell out a certain amount of Training Points too.
