How to Fix Madden 23 White Screen Error (PS5)
As suggested by the EA player Overclocked_Koa, you have to log in to the EA with your PS5 console account and accept the terms. You can log in with your account on your browser or phone. This will prompt a window with the new terms and conditions. You need to hit the Agree or Accept option. Once you have accepted the terms and conditions, you can re-login to your account.
This should hopefully resolve the White Screen error in Madden 23 for PS5 players. But if it does not resolve the issue, we suggest heading to the EA Support Help. Over there, you need to select the game and the platform you are playing Madden 23 on. You also have to select a topic and the issue. Then, you can submit a ticket describing your issue for more assistance. The Support team will get back to you with suitable workarounds and solutions in some time.
