Noticeable Change is a random drop in the game. However, it also does appear when you combine various tiles and put them together. When you are walking around the paths in various Loops you can randomly place tiles around the path to get some resource drops. You can take back these resources to your camp where you can utilize them to upgrade your buildings.
You can get the Metamorphosis Resource by combining Noticeable Change resource cards. 20 Noticeable Change cards combine to form a Metamorphosis Resource card. To make and upgrade buildings you will need Metamorphosis Resource Cards. The best way to get Noticeable Change is by surrounding a Treasury Tile or by Making a Mountain Peak. You can make a treasury tile once you defeat an enemy and place Meadows, Rock, and Mountain Cards. Whenever you place a card around a treasury tile you will receive natural resources of that tile. You will also receive one random card along with this which will be generated by the in-game computer.
