How To Easily Get Key Fragments In League of Legends

Key fragments in League of Legends will help you to craft Hextech Keys which then can be used to open up Hextech Chests.  For new players who are just getting into LoL, this can be a little bit daunting and confusing but we’ve got you covered right here.

How To Get Key Fragments In League of Legends

There are multiple methods to get them in League of Legends. The drop rate is different for every player and you can only earn up to 12 every 4 weeks.

Below you will find all the ways to earn them in League of Legends:

  • Play Honorably and avoid penalties.
  • Reaching Summoner Level 6 or more earns Champion Capsule, you can get Key Fragments through it.
  • Earning Honor Orbs and Honor Capsules by climbing up the Honor Ranks will help you to earn the Key fragments faster and this can also help you to earn multiple key fragments at the same time.
  • Earning Hextech Chests will also earn you this reward.

How To Get Key Fragments In League of Legends

To convert them to a Hextech Key you will need 3 key fragments to make a Hextech Key. Once you have a Hexatech Key, only then will you be able to open a Hexatech Chest.

Sadly you cannot use other methods to quicken the process and get more of them. You only can earn this reward through sheer hard work and being a shining example of the community.
