Larval Tear in Elden Ring is a resource that can be given to the NPC Rennala, the Queen of the Full Moon, for the ability to Respec your Stats & Attributes. To get them, you will have to either collect them as loot from locations like Markets or NPCs & kill enemies. Here is how you can get the Larval Tears in Elden Ring:

  • Upon defeat, dropped by Silver Tear disguised as a Large Inanimate Ball in Night’s Sacred Ground.
  • Obtainable in the Graveyard area east of Caria Manor after completing the Manor and defeating Royal Knight Loretta.
  • Purchasable from the NPC Pidia, Carian Servant at Caria Manor.
  • Purchasable from the Nomadic Merchant in Siofra River for 3000 Runes.
  • Obtainable from a Corpse inside a stone building in Nokron, Eternal City.
  • Obtainable at the Village of the Albinaurics, in the Graveyard.
  • Upon defeat, dropped by Mimic Tear Boss.
  • Upon defeat, dropped by a Grafted Scion disguised as a Giant Lobster. It is located between Rose Church & Boilprawn Shack.
  • Obtainable from a Corpse in the middle of a Gazebo in Nokron, Eternal City.

Going to the location on the map of Elden Ring will get a good amount of Larval Tear. It is not possible to farm them as they are dropped by bosses when defeated. So if you want to Farm them up you will have to buy them from NPCs like Pidia & the Nomadic Merchant at Siofra River. You will need a lot of Runes for this so having a Rune Farm would be wise.

These are the ways you will be able to get the Larval Tear. Get and give them to Rennala if you so desire to Respec your Stats & Attributes.
