For those who want to romance Kerry in Cyberpunk 2077 should have a masculine body time and voice. Once you have everything that Kerry is interested in then you will be able to romance with him. To find Kerry in CP2077, you will have to complete two side quests called Chippin’In and Blistering Love.
Once you have completed these two Rogue side quests, you will be asked to complete a bunch of missions.
