You should know Karlach’s location in Baldur’s Gate 3 if you plan to add her to your party. Since this is a strategy game, having multiple party members can be very useful thanks to each of them having their own unique traits. Karlach is a Tiefling, and so she gets abilities like Darkvision and Hellish Resistance. These allow her to see in the dark within 12m and even take half the damage from fire. How to Find Karlach in Baldur’s Gate 3 (Location)
You can find Karlach in the Forest of the Risen Road. Her rough coordinates on the map are X: 108 Y: 499. This area is north of the Blighted Village. While it is possible to stumble upon her while random exploration, that isn’t the best method. Ideally, you should take the Hunt for Karlach quest to get her location. Here is how you should go about finding her:
- You can start by finding Wyll at Druid Grove.
- Add him to your party and he will give you an area to find Karlach.
- It is Risen Road, when you reach here you will find several dead bodies, a flipped over cart and a lot of blood.
- While there isn’t much of a blood trail, you can still follow some of it to the Forest.
- Use the log bridge to get to her.
How to Recruit Karlach in BG3
- When you find Karlach she will be wounded and will be using some form of fire to heal herself.
- Talk to her and you will learn about her fighting in the Blood War.
- Agree to help her take down the Paladins of Tyr and she will join your party.
- Since you already have Wyll in your party, things can get a bit problematic when the two meet.
- Choose the option “You’ve got it all wrong, Wyll. Karlach’s not about to hurt anyone.”
- There will be a few dialogues about her past and Karlach & your character convincing Wyll about her innocence. Eventually, they both will come to terms.
