And how to apply injured on enemies, bosses, or elite mobs? Check out our guide that explains what counts as Injured in D4.

The Injured status effect in D4 is triggered once a character or enemy’s health is less than 35% of their life. After their health drops down to 35% or below the threshold, they will be considered Injured enemies or characters.

So, the main difference between healthy and injured is crossing a certain maximum life limit. Being above 80% of your maximum life counts as Healthy. Whereas, below 35% of the max life is considered to be an Injured enemy or player.
