What Counts as Injured in Diablo 4?
The Injured status effect in D4 is triggered once a character or enemy’s health is less than 35% of their life. When your character or enemy’s health is above 80% of life, it triggers the Healthy status effect. After their health drops down to 35% or below the threshold, they will be considered Injured enemies or characters.
So, the main difference between healthy and injured is crossing a certain maximum life limit. Being above 80% of your maximum life counts as Healthy. Whereas, below 35% of the max life is considered to be an Injured enemy or player.
