EFT is filled with several quests that not only help you progress through the story but also upgrade the traders. One such is given by Skier that can trade tons of deadly weapons & other items. His quest is known as Informed Means Armed where you’ll have to complete some objectives to obtain the rewards in Escape from Tarkov. Informed Means Armed Skier Quest Guide for Escape From Tarkov
In Escape from Tarkov to complete the Informed Means Armed quest you’ll have to install 3 WI-FI cameras in 3 different locations. The cameras can be bought from the Mechanic LL1 for 311 Euros each. But before you do that, you’ll need to be at least level 24 to start the following quest. If you already are, then here are the locations, where you need to plant the cameras.
- At Sniper Roadblock in Customs to watch the road to the port
- At the Lumber Mill pier in Woods to watch the Sawmill dock
- At Ultra Mall 1st Floor in Interchange to watch the Kiba Arms store entrance

Customs Location
In Customs the player will have to install the camera at the Sniper Roadblock to watch the road to the port. Here the key to completing the objective is to simply plant the camera in the bushes. The bushes are located beside the blue containers. For a better view check out the image attached above.
Woods Location
In Woods simply head to the Lumber Mill and near the pier you’ll find some pile of wooden planks. Go ahead and install the camera on the pile of planks and that’ll do the trick. For a better view check out the spot marked in the image above.
Interchange Location
Last but not the least, at Interchange the player will have to install the surveillance camera on the Ultra Mall’s 1st floor. The exact spot will be on the box placed in the Brutal store facing toward the entrance of the Kiba Arms store. Before you head in there make sure you are ready to face Killa. That’s because there’s a chance, players might come across him.
Once done with the installation, the Informed Means Armed Skier quest will be marked as completed in Escape from Tarkov. However, there are some points you need to keep in mind. Such as to complete the installation of a camera you’ll be required to hide it properly for 20 seconds. Which makes you vulnerable to any attacks for that duration. Another thing is to carry 1 camera at a time, rather than putting all 3 at risk of losing. As the locations are on 3 different maps you only need to complete 1 installation in a single raid.
