Although the Stellar Blade combat involves a lot of hack and slash, many in-game mechanics take inspiration from many Soulslike games. Since there are tough bosses to fight and dangers around the corner, players need to ensure that EVE can get through it. They will have to know how to heal in Stellar Blade. Considering how important the HP is for players to progress further, it’s not something that they should sleep on.
While potions and camps will help you heal EVE, they would also find the need to increase her max health in Stellar Blade. The bosses and quests are bound to be tough as the game goes on, and surviving on healing is too risky. This guide covers everything you need to heal EVE and increase her max health.
How to Heal in Stellar Blade
There are a couple of useful steps that players can use to heal EVE in Stellar Blade:
- Potions: By pressing the Up button on the D-Pad, EVE can access three standard potions. They will partially fill her health bar. Once used up, EVE must rest at one of the Camps to refill them.
- Camps: Camps work as a way to rest and restore full health. Along with that, the standard potions that players use can also be refilled here. The only drawback is that the killed enemies will respawn in their areas again.
- Rest on Benches: Players will find numerous chairs and benches; if they choose to rest on them, they will heal a certain amount of EVE’s health.
- Purchase Better Potions: EVE has access to better Potions, such as the Highly Concentrated Potion, which restores full health for 400 Gold, and the Lingering Potion, which restores half of her HP for 300 Gold.
How to Increase Max Health in Stellar Blade
If you only want to heal in Stellar Blade, you might find it troublesome soon enough, as the potions and camps won’t be enough. EVE must increase her Max Health in Stellar Blade to have a chance. The leveling system in the game is a little different; players will have to keep their eye out for certain objects.
To be precise, players must look for fallen Airborne Squad members who came before EVE. They are usually hidden in secret paths or in an easy-to-miss corner, but their white outfit will make them easily recognizable once you find them. Players will get a Body Core or a Beta Core upon interacting. Players need to get 3 Body Cores to increase the maximum health in Stellar Blade.
If you find a Beta Core, you can collect three of them to increase your Beta Energy Capacity. While Stellar Blade is out already, the game will have an Uncensored Global Release, and you can find out all about it here at Gamer Tweak.
