Although you will find it easier to look for resources and items in Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria, carrying them will be a different ball game. Since you start out with 10 inventory space, carrying all the items you need will be tedious and you might just have to let go of a few.
However, players can increase the inventory space in LOTR Return to Moria once they craft an Adventurer’s Pack. There are a few requirements that you will have to meet but most of them will lie with story progression. So if you are worried about not being able to carry enough items in your backpack, our guide will help you in getting a better one.
How to Improve Inventory Space in LOTR Return to Moria
All it takes to increase your inventory space in LOTR Return to Moria is the Adventurer’s Pack. However, getting the backpack is a little tricky since you will have to go through a few steps. Luckily, all of them fall in the way of the main story progression and players won’t have to go far and wide to do so.
- Collect Elven Wood
- Craft a Workbench
- Make a Hunting Bow to farm for Hides
- Craft Adventurer’s Pack
How to Craft a Workbench in LOTR Return to Moria
Crafting a workbench is quite easy once you collect the required amount of Elven Wood. However, to get Elven Wood, players will have to reach the Elven Quarter. Luckily, the Elven Quarter will show up in story progression once you get the Shortcut to the Mines and follow the map.
Now that you are here, you can use your pickaxe to cut down trees and collect Wood Scraps and Elven Wood. To craft your Workbench, you will need 2 Iron Ingot and 15 Elven Wood and you will need another 8 for your Hunting Bow. So make sure you collect about 23 Elven Wood and then head back to your base.
How to Make an Adventurer’s Pack in Return to Moria
Now that you have the Hunting Bow, players need to hunt animals like Hriwaras in the starting of the game. They will be available in plenty in the Elven district. While other animals like Cave Bears will also drop Hides, your weapons won’t really withstand a fight against them at this moment.
To craft an Adventurer’s Pack in Return to Moria, you will need 8 Hides and take them to the Workbench. Players can now have 25 inventory size which will be a significant increase on the earlier 10 that they had. And since weight is not really an issue, players can now carry more resources and items while they are roaming around and away from their base.
