Immortals Fenyx Rising Difficulty Options: How To Change Difficulty Setting

Immortals Fenyx Rising is out now and there are multiple difficulty settings options that player can choose from. There are a total of five difficult settings option but you can only select four options at the beginning.

Immortals Fenyx Rising Difficulty Settings Options

Story Difficulty

Story difficulty is the easiest option to play Immortals Fenyx Rising. In this option, you will encounter only very weak enemies and your health will regenerate instantly after taking damage. This option is for those who are new to gaming and don’t want to become a pro gamer. The best thing about story difficulty is there is no fall damage and Fenyx will do a slow glide when they run out of stamina to save the player from plummeting.

Easy Difficulty

This option is a bit difficult than Story Difficulty. You would not face any dangerous enemies throughout your journey in Immortals Fenyx Rising and player can easily regenerate their health upon taking damage. Players can instantly regenerate stamina but not as faster as Story mode.

This difficulty option is the best for people who are new to action and adventure game and prefer to focus on the story. Unlike the Story option, you will take damage upon falling but Fenyx still has the handy slow descent when they run out of stamina while gliding.

Normal Difficulty

This difficulty option might suit you the best if you love enjoying both story and challenges. Unlike the previously mentioned options, enemy damage, fall damage, puzzle timers, and stamina regeneration are all at their standard, default levels. However, players can still regenerate their current health chunk and have a slow descent when their stamina runs out during a glide.

Hard Difficulty

There is no better option than hard difficulty in Immortals Fenyx Rising if you love story and enjoying facing difficult challenges. If you have been playing action-adventure games for years then playing this game in hard difficulty option is highly recommended.

In this mode, puzzle timers have been slightly reduced but both Stamina regeneration and fall damage is as same as the normal. Players can still regenerate their current health chunk after taking damage. However, Fenyx would not have the ability to do a slow glide when they don’t have enough stamina during the fight. 

Nightmare Difficulty

If you claim yourself a pro gamer then playing Immortals Fenyx Rising in the Nightmare Difficulty option would a true test for you. Yes, this option is meant for players who love story but enjoying encountering dangerous enemies in the game.

Notably, you would not be able to regenerate your health, making the Area Vaults and mythical fight a lot more difficult. The puzzles timers have been exponentially reduced, which means that players must be quick in the vaults.

How to Change the Difficulty Settings in Immortals Fenyx Rising?

If you don’t know how to change the difficulty settings in Immortals Fenyx RIsing then don’t fret, it is straightforward. To change the difficulty settings, you simply need to go to the options menu and change the Difficulty level under the Gameplay tab. Notably, you will have to reload the game to play the game in the changed option. To reload the game, you will have to go back to the title screen from the pause menu start playing the game.
