2. Find Thiollier near a place called Pillar Path Cross. Talk to him until you unlock his shop. His quest continues after breaking a magic seal.
3. Go to a place named Shadow Keep, north of a castle. You can only go there after beating a boss called Rellana. When you arrive, you’ll see a message about a broken item. This frees him from a spell.
4. Meet St. Trina in a cave in the Garden of Deep Purple to start her quest. Go to the bottom area called Stone Coffin Fissure and defeat a boss to find her.
5. Choose the Imbibe Nectar option with St. Trin. Do this four times until she talks to you while you’re dead.
6. Use an item called Sacrificial Twigs so you don’t lose your collected runes when you die.

To begin St. Trina’s quest in the game, find her in a cave at the Garden of Deep Purple. You must first get to the bottom of the Stone Coffin Fissure and beat a strong enemy called the Putrescent Knight. After you do this, you can find St. Trina.

Now, you must choose Imbibe Nectar with St Trina in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree. You need to choose to drink it many times, even if it makes your character die. Keep drinking until St. Trina talks to you after your character dies 4th time.

Later in the game, you can ask Thiollier for help when you fight a strong enemy called Needle Knight Leda.
