To end a turn you will have to click on the Keypad Enter button on your keyboard. This is the Enter button next to the number pad on your keyboard. However, to force end a turn you will have to click Shift+Enter and the game will forcefully finish the turn. If the normal and default key prompt doesn’t work, you will have to use this method.
