There, she will open a Divine Shardshop, where you can trade useful and rare items. To recruit Ochlys, you’ll need to trade at least 30 Divine Shards to her through the shop. Once you close the shop menu, she will join your army.
Since you need to go on a shopping spree to recruit her, you must find Divine Shards throughout the world and keep storing them till you are done. While you are at it, you will find some pretty valuable items that you can buy from her store. If you are worried that you will lose the store after she joins your army, rest assured, as there will be another character who takes her place.
Recruiting flying units like Ochlys is quite helpful since you will need them later on in the game. While it will take some time to have her on your unit, it will be worth taking the time to gather the required Divine Shards.
