How To Pause In Palworld – Answered

Updated Date :

Despite whatever you do, there will be a moment in Palworld when you need to pause the game. However, there is no option to pause your activity running inside the game. Even if you press the ESC or Options button, you can see all your Pals moving from Point A to Point B. That means you will fall out of the loop even if you leave the screen for a minute or so. Who knows if one or two of your Pals will run away?

Thankfully, there’s a workaround that you can use to Pause in Palworld. In this guide, that’s what we are going to explain to you. So, if you ever want to leave the screen without losing track of your game, you will know how to put a pause simply. With that said, let’s get started.

Here’s How to Pause in Palworld

How To Pause In Palworld

While there is no official way to put a pause in Palworld, there’s a trick that will work like a charm. So, when you want to take a break, exit the server. This will pause all the activity in your in-game home world. The next time you rejoin the server, you will start from where you left off. This is a little hectic job, but it fills the lack of a pause button.

If you don’t feel like leaving the server to pause the game, there’s one more solution. You can download the “Pause – Freeze time” Mod from Nexus Mods. Install this Mod in Palworld, and you will have a custom key bind to pause the game. Note that we do not support modding. But if you desperately want a pause feature, it’s your second-best possible option.

That’s all you can do: put a Pause in Palworld. Hopefully, the developers will consider this issue and add a Pause feature in its Single Player Mode because it would make no sense to add a Pause feature in Online Mode. If it ever happens, we will update you about it here. So be sure to stick around.
