Ghost of Tsushima Resolve: How To Heal In Ghost Of Tsushima?

Published Date :

Ghost of Tsushima is a game that is stunning – visually and gameplay-wise too. Since you take on the role of a Samurai fighting for the freedom of Japan, you are bound to encounter moments where you are low on health, especially on Hard difficulty. It’s not an easy world out there because your main opponents are well-trained soldiers. So, here’s how to heal in Ghost of Tsushima.

Healing yourself in Ghost of Tsushima (Resolve)

To heal in Ghost of Tsushima, you need Resolve. They are small, yellow circles which can be seen above your health bar on the bottom left area of the screen. When you are in a fight, these can be built up. In case you want to heal or if you want to execute some special intense moves, you can use your Resolve. During action-packed situations, you have to make the choice between healing yourself or landing a crucial strike. You can change your strategy as per the scenario you end up in. When you use it right, it can prove to be quite a powerful tool for your Samurai.

To heal yourself, all you have to do is press down on the d-pad. This can be a blessing, particularly in those moments when you are pretty badly injured. If you want to use special techniques instead of healing when you are overpowered by your enemies, it is important to know how to keep the number of circles high. Here’s how to increase Resolve in Ghost of Tsushima.

How to Increase Resolve?

Simply put, you can increase Resolve by fighting. What will count towards an increase in Resolve will be things like:

Defeating your foes
This is a no-brainer. When you defeat the Mongol soldiers that you encounter, your Resolve circles will increase. You can also get into standoffs with enemies and if you emerge victorious, you will get a good raise in Resolve.

Parrying
If you perform Parries in the game, you will be rewarded with more Resolve. Press L1 at the right moment when an opponent is about to hit you to perform a Parry.

This is everything you need to know about how to heal in Ghost of Tsushima and how to increase Resolve. Keep reading our other Ghost of Tsushima guides to know more about this game.
