How to Find Resin in Fisch
Head to Mushgrove Swamp on your boat or hitch a ride with a friend or stranger. Then cast your line anywhere on the island, however, note that the fish has a base chance of 0.01% being caught which is 1/10,000. This means you need to rely heavily on Luck to get it and it can be boosted by using Merlin’s Luck, Server Luck, Aurora Borealis, and a fishing rod with good Luck stats.

Since it’s a super rare catch, it will take time to catch it so be patient and persistent. When you have hooked it, you will see a grey exclamation mark pop up above your character’s head along with a distinct sound. There will also be a -20% Progress Speed applied.

You need to find 3 Resins for the Bubble Mermaid and if you’ve found them, go back to her location. Talk to her, and she will ask for 25,000C$. After giving her the amount, she will give you the Water Bubble.
The Water Bubble basically works like a better Advanced Diving gear and will keep you alive underwater for 9 minutes. Anything longer and your character will drown. It does stack with Diving and Advanced Diving Gear. Is it worth it? Only if you spend a lot of time underwater because finding 3 Resin will be very time-consuming.
