The Maple Apple in Grow a Garden is a Divine tier crop that was added in the Zen update. It’s highly coveted for its rarity, value, and because it’s available for a limited-time, players want to know how to get the seed and make the most of its value. Here’s a guide on everything you need to know to get started.
How to Get Maple Apple Seed in Grow a Garden
The Maple Apple seed is obtainable from the Zen seed pack with a 0.5% chance, and it can also be obtained from the Exotic version of the pack (0.5%) and the Rainbow Sack (7% chance). It’s the rarest seed from this pack, but luckily, it’s a multi-harvest plant that provides 4 fruits per yield, making it a useful source of income for the future.
Visually, it looks similar to the Sugar Apple but with an orange shade. Its tree takes up quite a bit of space, so make sure you plant it in a location that makes the fruit easy to access.
To get the Zen seed pack, you need to spend 12 Chi at the Tanuki merchant located at the center of the map and purchase it from his shop whenever it is in stock. You will need a lot of purchases due to its rarity so here’s how you can get more Chi points. In case you’d like to spend Robux, this costs 199 for one pack purchase. The chances of getting the other crops are:
Crop | Drop Chance |
Monoblooma | 40% |
Serenity | 25% |
Taro Flower | 20% |
Zen Rocks | 10% |
Hinomai | 4.50% |
Maple Apple | 0.50% |
The Exotic version of the pack can be purchased from the in-game shop for these prices:
- 199 Robux for 1
- 575 Robux for 3
- 1699 Robux for 10
There’s a 1% chance of getting the Rainbow sack from it as well.
After obtaining this seed and getting your first harvest, you can decide to keep it in your garden so that it collects multiple mutations which boosts its value. In its base version, it can provide 70K+ Sheckles which can go much higher if various rare mutations get added to it.
