One of the Mythical seeds added during the Zen update of Grow a Garden is Hinomai, which doesn’t just have a unique look but also provides good value for every harvest. In this guide, you’ll know everything to get this crop in your plot of land.
How to Get Hinomai Seed in Grow a Garden
To obtain this seed, you require the Zen Seed pack which can be obtained by exchanging Chi with the Tanuki merchant located at the center of the map. Simply give him Tranquil mutated plants, and he will give you Chi in return. Then, access his shop packed with Treasures and buy the Zen seed pack, which can have a 4.5% chance of dropping a Hinomai seed.
It’s a multi-harvest crop and has good value of 72K+ Sheckles, providing consistent income even after the seed becomes unobtainable. There’s a 0.25% of getting a ‘Huge’ variant.
You can also get it at a 4.5% chance from the Exotic Zen seed pack, and the Rainbow sack has an 8% chance of dropping it. It is purchasable for Robux only and here are the costs:
- 199 Robux for 1 pack
- 575 Robux for 3 pack
- 1699 Robux for 10 pack
These are the overall drop chances:
Crop | Drop Chance |
Monoblooma | 40% |
Serenity | 25% |
Taro Flower | 20% |
Zen Rocks | 10% |
Hinomai | 4.50% |
Maple Apple | 0.50% |
Similar to other crops like the Ember Lily and Honeysuckle, the Hinomai is a flower with multiple petals and an orange-ish color. The plant has a unique look as well, and it will stand out even more when it gets multiple mutations. For instance, mutations like Amber, Aurora, Disco, Alienlike, Honeyglazed, and Rainbow will not only boost its look but also its value by a great extent.
