Trials of Mana Item Seed Farming Guide
In Trials of Mana Remake, there are four types of item seeds that you will see. They have varying chances of yielding rare items and also have different rarities of appearance. Take a look at more details below.
- The item seed has a low chance to provide rare items and can be obtained by beating Rabites and Goblins.
- If you are looking for the Silver item seed, you will find it as a drop from Sahagin, Werewolf, Wolfiend, Grislwolf and White Rabites.
- There’s also the Gold item seed and the Rainbow item seed which you will get from high-level enemies like Werewolf and Guardian respectively. There are more such enemies that you can beat for this purpose like Wolfiend (gold) and Metal Kin (Rainbow).
- Another kind of item seed is the ??? seed which will give you a random class item. You can locate this in treasure chests in dungeons and also by beating high-level enemies. This class item is very useful to reach the third tier. Here’s more on how to switch classes.
What to do with Item Seeds?
Now, before getting into the farming of item seeds, let’s take a look at what you can do with them first. So, what should you do with item seeds once you get them? You must plant them in pots at inns. This can be done at any inn without worrying about the location.
Luckily, you don’t have to wait too long to get the benefits of this, because you will be rewarded instantly. Note that these magic pots also have a leveling system, so the higher the level, the better chances of getting item seeds as enemy drops. Hence, it’s a good idea to keep planting item seeds to get all its rewards.
Planting 20 seeds will take you to level 2, 30 seeds will take you to level 3, 50 seeds to level 4, and 100 seeds to level 5. This will tell you how much time you need to spend planting in the game.
Where to Farm Item Seeds?
Anise’s Stockade is the place where you need to farm item seeds. Since it has high-level enemies, you are more likely to find rarer seeds here. Fortunately, this is also the location you can use to level up quickly.
If you want to farm ??? seeds, search for a place called Woods of Wandara. Defeat the Queenebs after you save Faerie and you might receive the ??? seeds here. These are rarer than the normal item seeds but they aren’t so rare that you won’t have any at all. As you play the game and beat higher level enemies, you are bound to collect a good number of these seeds.
Another place to farm ??? seeds is the Fiery Gorge so try there as well. One more good tip is to look for Li’l Cactus. When you find all the 50 Li’l Cactus locations, you will get higher chances of getting rare items. So, always keep an eye out for Li’l Cactus.
